Flag burning, anarchy, and buddhism ?

Hey everyone...I am new to LJ and am looking for a "few good men" (LOL)
...I am an Anarchist and Punk first, but at the suggestion of a very very good friend, I have taken up the study of Zen Buddhism and meditation (first for my own mental health and second because it claims to be a non-religion) However, I am an avid student of Anarchist Literature and Theory (from all walks of life and perspectives) so I just learn and learn and learn...I am also an avid student and reader of philosophy, sociology, anthropology, and life in general. So, my question is, would it be within the realms of being compassionate (which I try to, but the "offensive" clothing I adorn myself with, along with my outlandish tattoos and hair color etc etc) to practice Anarchy? Is there a way I could incorporate a little bit of Zen, but not enough that it would interfere with my expressions of anger and discontent? Forgive my ignorance, I'm just looking for different perspectives. Links, opinions, literature would be greatly APPRECIATED! I also need friends who are willing to read my angry work has been compared to a cross between Irvine Welsh and Jello Biafra.
